Bierther Submikron sets the course for the future: changes to the management team and shareholder structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bierther Submikron Ltd<\/strong>, the Bretzenheim-based special mechanical engineering company with a focus on industrial lapping and polishing technology, is setting the course for the future as part of a succession plan prepared over the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To 1 May 2026<\/strong> There will be a change in management and the ownership structure of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The previous managing directors, Ulrike H\u00f6pp and Hardy H\u00f6pp<\/strong>, handing over the company and with it the operational responsibility to Cristina Bienick, Philipp Bienick <\/strong>and Benjamin Gintz<\/strong>, who will jointly manage the affairs of Bierther Submikron GmbH in future and are also shareholders in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The division of responsibilities within the new management team is clearly structured: Cristina Bienick <\/strong>is responsible for the administrative and commercial areas, including finance, organisation and corporate governance. Benjamin Gintz v<\/strong>is responsible for the technical area and the further development of the technological direction. Philipp Bienick <\/strong>will henceforth concentrate on the strategic positioning of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
